Returns
We hope you’re happy with your order. If you change your mind or something doesn’t fit, you can return your items within 14 days.
Return fee:
For returns we charge a flat return fee of €4.90 (Germany & Eurozone) or CHF 4.90 (Switzerland). The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
How returns work
Germany & Eurozone:
Register your return via our returns portal or scan the QR code on the returns form. You will receive a return label to print (in Germany alternatively via QR code at DHL). Place the completed returns form inside the parcel.
Switzerland:
Returns from Switzerland do not run via the returns portal (customs processing). Please use the enclosed return label and the return documents from the parcel.
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
