Returns

Of course, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind or something doesn’t fit, you have 14 days to try on your items at home and send them back to us.

Please note: A processing fee applies to every return. It is 4.90 EUR for delivery addresses in Germany and all Eurozone countries. For delivery addresses in Switzerland, it is 4.90 CHF. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

How returns work:

Register your return online at www.kultfrau.de/apps/returns or scan the QR code on the enclosed return slip. 

After registering, you’ll be provided with a return label to print. In Germany, you can alternatively show the QR code at a DHL drop-off point and have the return label created there.

Be sure to place the completed return form inside the package. Without this document, your refund may be delayed.

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please send the item you wish to return back to us. If you want a different item instead, simply order it anew in our shop.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used for your original order.
