Of course, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind or something doesn't fit, you have 14 days to check your items at your leisure and return them.

Please note: There is a processing fee for every return. This is EUR 2.90 for delivery addresses in Germany and all eurozone countries. For delivery addresses in Denmark there is a charge of DKK 22.00 and for delivery addresses in Switzerland CHF 3.90. The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

This is how the return works:

• Register your return online at www.kultfrau.de/retoure or scan the QR code on your enclosed returns label.
• You can print out the return label or show the QR code at a DHL drop-off point to have the label created there.
• Be sure to enclose the completed return label in the parcel. Without this document, the refund may be delayed.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different item, please return the original order and place a new order.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original order.
