How to return your order

Germany & Eurozone:
Register your return via our returns portal or scan the QR code on the returns slip. You will receive a return label to print out (in Germany, you can alternatively use a QR code at DHL). Place the completed returns slip in the parcel.

Switzerland:
Returns from Switzerland are not processed via the returns portal (customs clearance). Please use the return label and return documents enclosed in the parcel.

Return fee:
We charge a flat return fee of €4.90 (Germany & Eurozone) or CHF 4.90 (Switzerland). The amount is automatically deducted from your refund.

You can also arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. This return shipment takes place outside our returns portal. In this case, send the goods to:
A & A FASHION OHG, Franz-Grashof-Straße 6, 68199 Mannheim, Germany

Exchanges:
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order. The refund will be made using the same payment method as for the original order.
