How to return your order

Germany & Eurozone:
Register your return via our returns portal or scan the QR code on the returns slip. You will receive a return label to print out (in Germany alternatively via QR code at DHL). Place the completed returns slip in the parcel.

Switzerland:
Returns from Switzerland are not processed via the returns portal (customs clearance). Please use the return label and return documents enclosed in the parcel.

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order. The refund will be made using the same payment method as in the original order.

Return fee:
For returns we charge a flat fee of €4.90 (Germany & Eurozone) or CHF 4.90 (Switzerland). The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
