Design Assistant Fashion (m/f/d) | Mannheim

We are looking for support for our design department to strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

Design & product
- Creating tech packs
- Managing all samples
- Measuring samples
- Assisting with fittings and documenting changes

Photoshoot assistance
- Preparing and carrying out photoshoots
- Arranging items for internal reviews
- Documenting meetings and developing a photoshoot plan
- Assisting on set and preparing and tidying the photo studio

What you should bring
- Career changers are welcome – what matters is that you work in a structured way, think ahead and carry out tasks reliably
- Some practical experience in fashion, photoshoots or organisation is an advantage
- Very good Excel skills
- Training or a degree in fashion can be helpful but is not required

Good to know
- The role is based on site in Mannheim (no remote work)
- This is not a purely creative role or a designer position
- The focus is on implementation and day-to-day operational work
