Conditions of participation - KULTFRAU competition for newsletter subscribers

The organizer of the competition is A & A FASHION OHG, Claus-von-Stauffenberg Str. 30a, 68163 Mannheim, acting under the label KULTFRAU.

1 Who can take part?
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland may take part. Employees of KULTFRAU and their relatives are excluded. Multiple entries or automated registrations (e.g. by bots or competition services) are not permitted

2 When does the competition run?
The competition will be held monthly. The participation period is from the 1st to the last day of the month.

3. how can I take part?
By registering for the KULTFRAU newsletter with your e-mail address and confirming this in the double opt-in procedure. Each person can take part once a month.

4. what is there to win?
Every month we raffle off 3 x 250€ vouchers for our online store www.kultfrau.de among all valid registrations.

• No exchange, no cash payment.
• Maximum one prize per person per draw.

5. how will I know if I have won?
The winners will be drawn at random in the first week of the following month and notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the claim to the prize expires.

6. how will the prize be sent?
The 250€ voucher code will be sent to the email address provided.

7. what happens to my data?
We will only use your e-mail address for

• the implementation of the competition and
• sending you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time - but if you do so before the draw, you will no longer be entered into the competition. You can find out more in our privacy policy.

8. miscellaneous

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• KULTFRAU (A & A FASHION OHG) reserves the right to change or terminate the competition for good cause.
